Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
Experience managing senior stakeholders in a trusted advisor role.
Experience in Cloud and Enterprise IT.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Operational experience in improving processes, tools and systems.
Ability to initiate, drive and deliver successful projects in a cross-functional environment.
Analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights - proficiency in SQL, Looker, Google Sheet.
Demonstrated record of high productivity and meeting deadlines, with the ability to take responsibility.
