Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience with agreement review in the technology industry.
- Experience with spreadsheet technology with excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, including US GAAP.
- Ability to own projects and lead others to meet deadlines, as well as remove and anticipate roadblocks.
- Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional and international teams, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
