Job Summary:

As an Associate on the Product Development Team you will help deliver strategic platforms and models to the operation teams enabling process efficiencies, risk reductions and facilitating a greater scalable business model. You will interchange between multiple project streams where required. You will act as a business analyst within the Financial Reporting Prgram.This is a global, cross-functional program with the objective of implementing an end to end strategic solution for Financial Reporting. You will primarily work in the report writer stream and will be responsible for working with business, technology and test team partners to identify report writer requirements, test the requirements against the vendor tools to analyze and identify gaps and recommend/implement solutions. The role will also involve planning and tracking deliverables, managing actions/ issues and ensuring a successful delivery to production.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance Analysis:
    • Analyze and interpret European regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in reporting solutions.
    • Stay updated with changes in regulations and assess their impact on existing and future reporting solutions.
  • Solution Design and Development:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for regulatory reporting.
    • Design and develop technical specifications and solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage the rollout of new regulatory reporting solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business units, to ensure successful implementation.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize superior technical skills to develop, test, and implement reporting solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase.
  • Data Analysis and Validation:
    • Conduct data analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory reports.
    • Develop and implement data validation processes to maintain data integrity.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
    • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Training and Support:
    • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new reporting solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for regulatory reporting systems.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization in regulatory reporting.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the rollout of new regulatory reporting solutions.
    • Ensure that all solutions adhere to security and data protection standards.
