As a Manager, you will be a key resource on client engagement.

Experience in direct tax, transfer pricing & international tax

Your key responsibilities

Assist clients in replying to queries raised by clients on transfer pricing/international tax matters wherein issues;
Undertaking technical research on income-tax provisions impacting the taxation of clients;
Preparing submissions in relation to assessment and appellate proceedings in the case of clients and support seniors in representation before the income-tax authorities;
Menotring staff, consultants, senior consultants and supporting them in career progression
Appearing before the income-tax authorities on routine matters concerning the clients
Support in handling administrative responsibilities for clients allocated to you such as engagement letters, internal QRM, filing of client papers, billing follow-up, etc.

Proficient in MS word, excel, power point.

Qualification

Qualified chartered accountat.

4+ years of experience in Indian direct taxes with specialization in transfer pricing
