- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working across cross-functional teams, demonstrating a strong ability to influence peers/leadership through communications and business strategies.
- Experience in uncovering the needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing solutions for multiple audiences.
- Experience in business using digital advertising to drive business objectives.
- Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.
- Ability to set goals for product adoption, influence others, deliver against goals and milestones, and take initiative, address tests, make continuous process improvements, and drive matters to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including quantitative fluency, and written and verbal communication skills.
