-Extensive contacts in Gas, Chemical, Safety, and semiconductor industry in Korea
-Extensive experience in industrial market sales. Experience in gas detector industry will be preferred.
-Demonstrates strategic leadership and authority
-Demonstrate good understanding of gas detector and safety Domain knowledge
-Have industry knowledge and applications around Oil&Gas, ship building, steel, EPC, and chemical in the safety Industry.
-Good understanding of key existing & new trends in gas detector. -Experience planning, developing and executing sales campaigns or programs for complex Sales opportunities.
-Direct sales, sales management, marketing and project management experience -Demonstrate ability to motivate other sales managers and Account Managers with drive and energy resulting in aggressive growth.
-Ability to work effectively in Matrix organization including Sales, LOB, Marketing and deliver results
-Experience in Design, Eng, Estimation and/Or Sale of key technologies
