• Complete the platform development to build the core platform components, SDK and APIs that help build applications
• Develop core applications that will help drive customer use cases and outcomes
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams at different stages of software development.
• Promote and cultivate team spirit and culture across the global team built on open communication, collaboration, partnership, trust and integrity.
• Instil a laser-sharp focus on quality while meeting the release cadence

• Experience building SaaS application using Cloud native technologies
• Strong analytical, debugging skills.
• Strong experience on with Java, Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience in Datastores like RDBMS MySql, NoSqls like - AWS DynamoDB, Mongodb
• Experience with AWS technologies – SQS, Aurora RDS, EKS, Serverless technologies, Cloudwatch
• Hands on experience building REST APIs, Swagger Specs, complete CICD tooling (GIT, CICD tools, Security scans, Static code analysers)
• Strong experience in writing Unit test cases, Integration test cases
• Have worked in an engineering team and know how to champion an open, visible, encouraging culture.
• Ability to learn, explore new skills and technologies quickly
• Proven experience in Agile environments
• Good to have skills – Python, GoLang, Distributed Data processing, Data pipelines using Spark, EMR, AWS Glue, Kafka
• 6+ years of experience developing highly scalable distributed data platforms and services
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Java and Scala.
• Build real-time data systems to process large datasets in parallel on massive clusters
• Strong data structures and algorithms foundation, understanding of JVM, asynchronous I/O, concurrency, and parallel processing.
• Experience shipping cloud-native distributed systems and microservices
• Experience with one or more distributed non-relational and relational databases, analytical stores, real-time messaging systems, configuration, and synchronization services, stream processing frameworks, and distributed search systems.
