Job Description

Introducing Global Clinical Data Integration (GCDI):Transforming clinical data management in Latin America. With a focus on streamlining information, our department collects, cleans, transforms, and archives clinical data, ensuring high quality and compliance. As a new addition to the region, we intend to enhance efficiency and leverage local information across departments to drive innovation and deliver value across clinical trials, data management standards, and technology platforms.

As the, you will play a key role in leading your team to achieve excellence in data management and ensuring clinical operations meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will spearhead strategic initiatives, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. By collaborating across functions, you will help maintain data integrity and compliance, while using your innovative approach to enhance operational efficiency. You will also align team priorities with organizational goals and support the development of your direct reports, ensuring they have the tools to excel in their roles.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related industry, with a minimum of 3 years in people management.
  • Knowledge of database structures, data management tools, and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with Clinical Development, submission processes, and ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Expertise in problem-solving, process improvement, and driving operational efficiency.

  • Contribute to the simplification and standardization of departmental processes.
  • Monitor and interpret performance metrics, driving necessary corrective actions.
