As a Senior Mechanical Engineer within our Advanced Facilities team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing advanced manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Research, develop, design, and select required equipment, power controls, piping, structures, and earthwork for commercial and industrial purposes
- Lead mechanical engineering aspects of complex facility design projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and scientists to develop innovative solutions
- Perform detailed engineering calculations and analyses to support design decisions
- Create and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Interface with clients to understand requirements and present engineering solutions
- Conduct site assessments and field investigations as needed
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
