Minimum Qualifications
- B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of experience in network troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of IPv4 and IPv6
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
Preferred Qualifications
- Extraordinary interpersonal communications and customer-service skills
- Experience evaluating and managing outages to business critical infrastructure
- Ability to maintain composure and customer-service focus in stressful and ambiguous situations
- Ability to coordinate and troubleshoot with internal and external partner teams
- Upstanding of BGP and OSPF routing, L2 switching technologies and ACL management
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Cisco, Arista, Juniper or other vendors
- Proficiency with Linux or other versions of UNIX
- Knowledge of configuration management and automation technologies such as Ansible, Salt, Chef and Python, Go, etc
- Experience working in large scale environments and with ITIL incident and problem management
