As a Human Resources Specialist within the HR Answers Health and Wellness team, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional HR support to employees across the firm. You will provide consultation on various HR matters, ensuring adherence to company policy and guidelines. Your role involves interacting with employees at various levels on a range of topics, requiring strong attention to detail, empathetic support, and high-quality work while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in inbound/outbound phone activities to support HR functions and address employee inquiries
- Review and respond to employee-submitted cases in accordance with established processes, policies, company guidelines, and regulations
- Complete HR-related transactions and activities while adhering to company policy and guidelines
- Process assigned work activities timely and accurately
- Meet department standard metrics, including quality, handle time, and employee satisfaction
- Work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 60% of the time in the office
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Adaptability to rapidly changing business and technology needs
- Demonstrated active listening, probing, and reading comprehension skills
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, take initiative, and display a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems (Oracle, ServiceNow, and/or PeopleSoft)
