A Systems Support Engineer will be the face of the Test Engineering team in the Failure Analysis labs. They will own deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the hardware and software required for all test environments. Additionally, they will operate as a liaison between the Test Engineering, Failure Analysis, and Hardware Engineering teams from time to time when troubleshooting issues that span multiple groups or systems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* 1+ year programming experience with at least one modern language such as Python, Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design AND working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
* Bachelor's degree in computer science related fields OR 1+ years equivalent experience in systems support


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience writing and debugging in Python, Bash, or related language(s)
* Experience interacting with AWS Cloud Services (API and Console)
