Your Key Responsibilities


As a Finance Transformation Consultant at EY, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the financial landscape of our clients' organizations. Your work will span across processes, systems, and people to develop solutions that drive value across the organization.

As a member of the Finance Transformation Team, you are expected to:

  • Deliver finance transformation projects successfully – on-time ad on-budget with a focus on the client experience
  • Lead and support pursuits and practice development initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry and sector trends
  • As an influential member of the team, you will continue to foster a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop

Ideally, you’ll have

  • For a Manager, a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a professional services firm and/or within the Government of Canada, along with a successful track record in the Finance/Payroll space
  • For Senior Manager a minimum of 10 years’ experience with a professional services firm and/or within the Government of Canada, along with a successful track record in the Finance/Payroll space
  • Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Government of Canada Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in government and public sector and understanding of the Government of Canada’s Financial and Pay policies is an asset
  • Bilingualism in both, French and English languages is an asset
