Main Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the needs of potential customers from a technological standpoint.
  • Analyzing the ability to meet the needs of potential customers based on products produced by the company and its business partners and putting together price quotes and solution descriptions.
  • Presenting and selling the proposed technological solutions to the customer as part of the sales process with the assistance of the sales manager handling the deal.
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management, respond effectively to RFPs, and travel to customers.
  • Creating and retaining positive ongoing relationships with customers/partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Good understanding of the telecommunications industry, market, and product.
  • Experience in designing carrier-grade communication networks from high-level network architecture.
  • Design experience of IP/MPLS Packet Networks (Layer 3) – Advantage.
  • CCDP / CCNP / CCIE Certifications or equivalents- Advantage.
  • Knowledge of DWDM and ROADM networks – Advantage.
  • Work experience with one of the following vendors: Cisco, Nokia, Infinera, Ciena, ZTE, Huawei or system Integrator – Advantage
  • Good verbal and written English proficiency
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Excellent presentation skills, presenting to all levels, including executives (CXO).
