How you’ll make an impact:
- Work with the Yotpo Account Executives and Account Managers to help them close SMS deals by providing technical, product, and business expertise internally and directly to prospects.
- Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to ensure that the proposed solution delivers customer success, uncovering and solving identified business challenges, helping to achieve their KPIs, and providing a path to fast ROI
- Ensure potential customers understand the solution (technical & services) and resource requirements for successful implementation
- Collaborate with Account Executives on planning, creating, and delivering business cases to a prospect
- Develop a mastery of the Yotpo SMS Platform to provide ownership of pre-sales support materials, preparation of standardized demos, upgrades to sales talk tracks and tactics for use by the wider team, and the training of the Sales team.
About you:
- 5+ years experience working in house for DTC E-commerce brands, with direct involvement in and/or ownership of the brand’s SMS / Email channels and responsibility for customer retention efforts. or 3+ years’ relevant experience in a pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, customer success, and/or consulting role.
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence in front of larger audiences.
- Ability to articulate and document both product-specific as well as high-level technical solutions to solve customers’ business problems.
- Experience in eCommerce and/or business software (SaaS).
- Digital marketing and/or advertising technology experience preferred.

Base salary $90,000- $130,000
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable compensation component.
