Key job responsibilities
• Lead teams of talented software engineers and managers, fostering their growth and development while delivering critical components of architecture.
• Own the vision and roadmap your charter.
• Invent new ways to improve the customer experience
• Collaborate with your teams and partner teams to invent, design, and develop highly available and scalable distributed systems.
• Build and manage partnerships and cross-org commitments with customers and dependency teams.
• Work with your teams, your peers, senior management, and senior engineers to implement best practices in software development and operational processes.


Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
