As a Junior .NET Engineer in CXone Desktop Discovery, you will be part of a dynamic and bright R&D group that delivers the next generation of CXone Desktop Discovery and Process Automation solutions as part of an enterprise-level system. This system integrates with the CXone Suite and allows for performing Desktop Analytics and Process Automation, supporting various technologies. The role consists of designing and implementing robust, large-scale components running onAWSinfrastructure, as well as supporting and implementing new functionality on existing On-Premise products. You will use test-driven development methodology with automatic testing infrastructure and provide fully automatic test coverage. As a Junior Engineer, you will have the opportunity to impact, design, investigate, and implement new features, as well as support existing functionalities on the product. You will participate in reviewing design and code for other team members while following all aspects of the scrum process adhering to Agile development principles.

• Designing software according to the standards, architecture, and requirements.
• Implementing designs with high-quality standards.
• Planning and performing testing to ensure fit to standards (e.g., high quality, security, scalability), design, and functional and non-functional requirements.
• Supporting customer issues and R&D groups by analyzing and solving product issues.
• Investigating new features and supporting existing functionalities.
• Participating in design and code reviews for other team members.

Have you got what it takes?

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related degree.
• 3+ years of experience in .Net/C#.
• Knowledge of REST API.
• Experience programming on Windows environment and Win32.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum.
• Great interpersonal skills, autodidact, and team player.
• Ability to tackle complex projects with a can-do attitude.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience with HTML and JS.
• Experience in C/C++.
