In this role, you will apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and be regarded as a subject matter expert across our Factory Services and Logistics portfolio. You will use and develop your technical expertise through training, education, and your previous experience. You will be a key team member, providing information, analysis, and recommendations to support the team’s efforts. The PC Services sector is a constantly evolving area of business and as such you will contribute to the development of new ideas and methods with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own the development of the services business into our end-user customers and partners.

  • Provide specific support to individual sales districts.

  • Join sales forecasts to support services sales.

  • Review deal reports to ensure Factory services and logistics are included.

  • Actively contribute to the definition of the sales business plan.

  • Be responsible for product line and quota for Factory Services and Logistics product lines.

Upward Management:

  • Drive key goals upstream and support the team to achieve effective management decisions.

  • Support the wider team across the CEP sales teams and Channel PBM community.

  • Support End User business with specific detailed Services specializations.

  • Provide services-specific training requirements across the End User community.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple tiers of job levels both within and outside HP.

  • Engage strongly with the Marketing function (both partner and End User).

  • Deliver key and focused messaging, specifically the benefits of HP Factory Services and Logistics.

  • Ensure achievement of goals set during the execution phase.

  • Support sales and engage with customers, providing clarity, flexibility, and support to achieve optimal results.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Dynamics, PowerBI, and Excel skills are preferred.

  • A can-do attitude and an ability to push forward against obstacles.

  • Ability to think outside the box – PC Services is leading the future growth of this business.

  • Team player with demonstrable networking skills.

  • Local language is preferred.
