Description
- Define architecture for new display technologies with understanding of system requirement, component and wafer behavior. Perform detailed technical analysis and work with interdisciplinary teams to bridge technology gap between theory and implementable hardware- Establish process module level performance metrics and requirements through careful use of theory, models and experiments across devices, circuits, and modules- Analyze trade-offs between performance, manufacturability and cost
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
  • Experience in semiconductor process and device physics (transistor or diode) fundamentals
  • Experience in HVM semiconductor wafer fab process/device integration role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Open minded and enthusiastic about new technologies and prior experience in delivering product from prototyping (POC) to HVM
  • Strong statistic analysis and analytical skills; experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA)
  • Experience in working and managing with HVM semiconductor wafer process fab (FAB) or packaging suppliers (OSAT)
  • Prior knowledge/experience in displays, sensor, or camera systems
  • Knowledge in Optics and/or color science is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to project detail and task tracking
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
