Product Data Specialist (Digital Marketing Specialist II)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor, and improve product master data quality, ensuring compliance with data governance standards and ensuring alignment with Honeywell Aerospace’s marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with product offering and marketing managers and cross-functional teams to capture and manage product information, specifications, and digital assets in Informatica and EDAM.
- Define and implement data quality rules, policies, and approval processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Support new product launches by coordinating product data readiness with offering managers, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.
- Support with the development of guides and tracking tools for data enrichment and ensure integration with systems such as AEM, SAP, PIM, and eCommerce platforms.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management, data validation testing, and automation of data processes.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product governance and product data accuracy.
- Ability to perform asset management and debug issues related to PIM, AEM, DAM.
- Ability to support with content management in CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), manage assets and debug issues related to PIM, AEM, DAM.
- Work with IT to implement and support tools and technologies such as PIM, DAM (Digital Asset Management), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product master data management, preferably in a global environment.
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems such as Informatica PIM or similar tools.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and experience with data integration between multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of product data management and digital marketing.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
