About The Role

app marketplace is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with vast experience in product positioning, messaging, growth strategies, and developing large-scale online marketing assets.

  • Lead, manage, and execute the entire PLG funnel from user acquisition to conversion to installation through a strategic mix of internal and external channels, utilizing both paid and organic marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to continuously refine and improve the marketplace experience, to boost app installations and user engagement.
  • Understand the marketplace personas and segmentations, identify their needs and pain points that are not addressed by monday.com core product harnessing both qualitative and quantitative data to pinpoint key opportunities and user intents.
  • Understand monday.com users well, segment different personas, and identify their needs and pain points that are not addressed by monday.com core product.
  • Develop messaging and packaging strategies for the different segments and personas.
  • Work closely with monday.com's Growth teams to include apps in the monday.com user journey and ongoing marketing activities.
  • Work with the Developer Success and Product Marketing teams to support app developers in scaling their applications effectively.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in Growth Product Marketing or a similar role within a tech, SaaS, or gaming company. Prior experience in a large organization is an advantage.
  • Solid experience in SEO, paid ads, and email marketing, capable of ideating, executing, and measuring the success of various growth campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate efforts across teams without direct authority, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to meet organizational goals.
  • Experience with growth strategies and A/B tests (advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-group skills.
  • Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • High level of English / Strong communication skills - verbal and writing.
