Your role:

  • Performing reimbursement services and charge entry in accounts receivable operations.
  • Entering demographic and charge information to bill claims to payors, verifying insurance eligibility via online portals and resolving claim rejections from insurance providers.
  • Identifying and bringing reoccurring issues to the attention of leadership.
  • Following internal processes as well as meeting or exceeding monthly quality and productivity standards.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable.
  • Your skills include strong knowledge and understanding of insurance/insurance verification and payers (required). You have the ability to type, navigate the internet and perform computerized note taking, while processing in multiple internal systems.
  • You have a high school diploma or GED (required), bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
  • You’re a strong verbal and written communicator and have proven customer service skills with internal/external partners.
