KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for ourcustomers
• Provide advanced technical assistance and expertise for our IAsolutions
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of oursolutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and providerecommendations for improvement
• Willingness and ability to travel 60% of the time
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Honeywell Experion
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise VMWare/virtualization
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in networking
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
