What you'll be doing:

• Switch System design from concept to mass production

• The position consist of hands on testing in lab environment for electrical and optical validation , including problem solving while accompany production and qualification process. It also include other HW aspects: schematics, component selection and layout.

• Collaborate and integrate with all HW project fields: Board Design, Mechanics, Thermal, PCB Layout, Production, Software/Firmware, RTL and more

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

• 5+ years as a board designer or board validation engineer , experience in complex HW projects execution

• Hands-on lab skills

• Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects

• Experience in high current power delivery design

• Comprehensive understanding of RTL implementations (CPLD/FPGA)

• Excellent interpersonal relationship

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in data-center switches products design and validation for high volume manufacturing

• Knowledge in advanced PCB technology

• Experience in optic designs
