About the Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, code, simulate and integrate DFT blocks (including SCAN and MBIST) into functional logic and ensure their high-quality integration. You will also take part in the DFT validation process to ensure high qualitycoverage to meet product's standards.
In addition, you will provide test content generation and delivery to manufacturing for various DFT content.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in DFT/Verification.

• Experience in ATPG and VCS.

• Self and fast learner with good problem solving capability.

• Good communication skills and Fluent English (written and oral).

• Scripting abilitiesand Unix familiarity – advantage.

• Design for Test (DFT) Flows, Tools and Technique – advantage.

• Digital and Physical Design Fundamentals – advantage.
