Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 10 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 8 years with with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience building, developing, or leading a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, with the ability to navigate and leverage systems effectively.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and internal control best practices, with experience creating clear and concise accounting process documentation.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and solve problems proactively.
