Your key responsibilities
• Engage with clients in a consultancy capacity, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Utilize Agile methodologies (SCRUM and SAFe) to manage and deliver projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Apply Waterfall methodology where appropriate, ensuring thorough planning, execution, and monitoring of project phases.
• Implement Hybrid project management approaches, combining elements of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to suit project requirements.
• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project progress.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
To qualify for the role, you must have
• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, with a strong background in both Agile (SCRUM and SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies (at least 4 years).
• Experience managing Hybrid projects, combining elements of Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello).
• Experience working in an international corporate environment, managing projects across different time zones and cultures.
• Proven experience in a consultancy role, with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
