Employee hired on this position will be responsible for for facilitating learning sessions, managing learning initiatives and driving global learning programs locally as well as support operational arragements for learnig to make it happen.

Your role will be essential in enhancing the effectiveness of our training offerings and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Your key responsibilities

As a Talent Development Learning Specialist you will have the following responsibilities:

Facilitation & Learning Program Management:

  • Work closely with GDS Poland location leaders to understand their business priorities and explore how the talent development function can contribute to achieving them.
  • Collaborate with the global GDS Talent Development team and leaders to understand team priorities and programs.
  • Drive the implementation of global learning programs at the local level, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate soft skills, new hire, and leadership workshops and learning programs locally and globally.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven learning solutions to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of training programs

Operations and reporting:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Report learning metrics for businesses and leadership.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for workshops, including scheduling, venue selection, materials preparation, attendance reports, reminders, and participant enrollments.
  • Manage the learning budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support vendor reconciliations and ensure timely payments.
  • Work with the procurement and source to pay team for vendor setup and bridge renewal for local needs.

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for soft skills and leadership workshops in both classroom and online sessions, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a client-centric approach and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to connect business objectives and work across cultures and organizational ranks to provide solutions that meet the needs of teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to details
  • Strong written communication skills for global audiences.
  • Influencing skills during workshops and client meetings.
  • Agility to adapt to changes, learn quickly with can-do attitude
  • Ability to work with very strict deadlines

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 5+ years of relevant talent development & learning experience
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project or program management
  • Experience in delivering live and virtual training sessions
  • Strong AI tools & Copilot usage skills for effective work.
  • Advanced level of English (Level C) required for training facilitation for a global audience.

Strong MS Office skills:

  • Excellent Excel skills to create effective learning reports, including knowledge of VLOOKUP functions, pivot tables, etc. (Macros will be an asset).
  • Proficient PowerPoint skills with a focus on creating engaging presentations.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in Consulting & Entrepreneurial mindset
  • PMO experience will be an asset
  • AI learning solutions knowlegde
