- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
- Experience in implementing or maintaining learning experience or learning management systems.
- Experience in project management and solution consulting, managing multiple stakeholders, timelines and demands.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience successfully managing and landing change, including impact analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in large, complex, global organizations with scaled technology challenges and needs, and in managing associated projects with high complexity that require deep cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in establishing software governance structures and bodies (e.g., steering committees, program governance artifacts, PMO standup).
- Experience in designing, scoping, implementing enterprise-wide POps/L&D technology programs.
- Ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across a variety of audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills.
