Purpose Statement

Overall responsibility: monitors, coordinates all ship lanes to ensure an optimal supply of product and helping driving improvement in lead times and departments performance by providing the relevant information which is helping drive the right actions.

KPI Monitoring

  • Monitor KPI performance including Inventory, Forecast Accuracy and Bias, Service Level, Backorder, and Scrap.
  • Maintain records to show actual performance vs. plan on a regular basis.

SIOP Lead

  • Lead the SI&OP process for the Penang Distribution Center (DC).
  • Develop and maintain a robust rolling projection for the site.
  • Engage strategically with key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and address gaps and risks in DC operations.

Financial Support

  • Support Annual/Quarterly Finance budget processes related to inventory, scrap, and ship volume.

Change Analysis

  • Analyze multiple sources of data to understand and translate capacity impacts driven by demand & supply responses.

Value Analysis/Improvement

  • Signal and analyze bottlenecks, problems, and inefficiencies in supply chain planning processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and above.
  • 8+ years’ experience in a planning and/or supply chain role, demonstrating competence in leading an IBP process.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and its dependencies, including planning and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience managing large data sets essential, either through Excel or other data visualization and analysis tools.
  • Self-starter, demonstrating ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across geographies, delivering customer-oriented solutions to complex problems.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment.
