here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you willplay a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. You willbe responsible for coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventorymanagement to ensure efficient supply chain operations and give Honeywell acompetitive edge in the market. With your expertise in logistics management andstrong analytical skills, you will develop strategies to optimize cost,efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you’ll work out of ourSocorro, TX location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supplychain operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensuresmooth operations and on-time deliveries. Your ability to optimizetransportation routes, manage inventory, and streamline operations willdirectly contribute to cost savings and customer satisfaction. • Develop and execute logistics strategies to enhance efficiency andreduce costs.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to delivery,ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
• Optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to minimize costswhile meeting delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providersto establish strong partnerships and streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders acrossthe organization. • 5+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in afast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
basicknowledge of shipping and receiving procedures for FedEx and UPS
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventorymanagement principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a relatedfield.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
