Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience in SQL.
- Experience in Stakeholder and Project Management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collecting, managing and synthesizing large data sets and information from disparate sources, statistical modeling, data mining and data analysis.
- Knowledge of high-level product and policy, and the ability to both understand and design training roadmaps.
- Ability to translate investigative insights into business strategies and actions, with excellent problem solving and quantitative skills.
- Excellent project management skills, including data management, metrics analysis, experiment design and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
