Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience with developing infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
- Experience in AI/ML quality evaluation and improvement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience promoting product excellence and collaboration, driving a portfolio of concurrent engineering projects running the gamut from short-term critical feature launches to long term research initiatives.
- Experience using collaborative notebook-based workflows for prototyping and knowledge sharing.
- Passionate about delighting enterprise customers, and an excellent understanding of enterprise workloads.
