You will be working with machine learning, Large Language Model (LLM) and other generative technologies. You will be working with other Scientists, Software Engineers and Product Managers to develop the next generation LLM-based evaluation solutions. You will take a central role in defining our experimental roadmap, sourcing training data, authoring annotation criteria and building automated benchmarks to continue to LLM-based CX experiences great.Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Data Scientist on this team, you will:
- Drive end-to-end machine learning projects that have a high degree of ambiguity, scale, complexity.
- Build machine learning models, perform proof-of-concept, experiment, optimize, and deploy your models into production; work closely with product managers and engineers to assist in productionizing your models.
- Run experiments, gather data, and perform statistical analysis.

- 5+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
- 4+ years of data scientist experience
- Experience with statistical models e.g. multinomial logistic regression
