Technology Transformation
Combination of enabling capabilities and direct offerings for the CIO and CTO buyers encompassing IT Strategy, IT Operating Model Design & IT Function Transformation and Enterprise Architecture.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical on Microsoft D365 modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Insights and Power Platform
- Evaluate and recommend changes / modification to current and future CRM/Power Platform system requirements to meet organizational needs.
- Work as a development team member in full projects life cycle, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, system design specifications, data conversion, implementation, SIT, UAT and rollout
- Understand and analyse issues and challenges facing the clients from strategy formulation to day-to-day operations.
- Understand the current situation of clients, designing the transformation roadmap, and executing the end-to-end implementation while collaborating with our technology and consultants.
What We Look For
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
- 4+ year’s work experience in Microsoft D365 CRM and Power Platform project.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 CRM and Power Platform system development life cycle
- Experience in Python, SQL and C# is a plus
- Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Finance and Operation, Human Resources is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
- Good excellent interpersonal and communication skills team player
- Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong in collaboration, analytical, teamwork and organizational skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
