Job overview and Primary Responsibilities:
End to end processing of biweekly payroll and all related activities for multi-state, multi-entity payroll of 15,000 + employees. Execute and manage critical activities (not limited to) such as:
Workday to Global View reconciliation
Term off-cycle process
Validation of ESPP contributions
Payroll summary preparation and validation
YTD tax file validation (W2 and W2C reconciliation)
Stock reporting of RSU and ESPP
Focus on payroll compliance, improving and streamlining payroll processes and procedures.
Respond to routine payroll related inquiries from employees and partners.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and customer-service orientated with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels, managers, and business partners.
Process reimbursements/claims requested by the Employees as per the frequency.
Work with multiple streams like HR, Legal, Finance, Stocks and Benefits on various requirements.
Internal audits – Assist in internal audits.
Maintain/update standard operating procedures on a periodic basis.
Execute the payroll processes with high emphasis on accuracy, timelines, and compliance.
Job requires to work in PST hours.
Skills required:
Experience of 6- 10years into US Payroll with large employee volume and transactions
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
Strong and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of ADP Global View is must.
Ability to understand various deadlines and ensure that the deadlines are met with quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or Professional degree (CA, CMA).
• 8+ years of Finance, Global Accounting Operations, or related work experience.
