How you’ll spend your day

Key Responsibilities:


Lead on managing in network Transfers/VIP Harmonization/Line Extension projects
• Lead the identification and management of Teva Canada projects
• Establish a system for capturing and disseminating product, financial and market information related to transfers to relevant internal stakeholder


Lead maintenance and changes in IM Launch Lab for Canada Generics
• Keep all relevant Project Management and tracking systems updated with relevant information in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal team and key stakeholders to ensure all dates and status are adhered too and accurately reflected


Reporting & Support
• Create and support accurate reporting to share status of transfers, launches and other projects with appropriate stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Manage ad hoc PMO data requests from all functions of the organization
• Act as escalation point for project issues to stakeholders as appropriate, and proactively identify and resolve issues/conflicts as required


Your experience and qualifications
  • Required: University Degree in Business or Science. Preferred: PMP / Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of related pharmaceutical experience; Preferred: Related experience within the Generic Pharmaceutical space
  • A keen awareness and understanding of generic products an asset
  • Market data and financial knowledge to be able to analyze business cases
  • Knowledge of product life cycle and pharmaceutical supply chain
  • Able to build relationships and influence across the organization, without direct authority
  • Good presentation and communications skills
  • Ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions
  • Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of project management, while being able to prioritize and handle multi projects and large volumes of information
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, including strong project software tracking skills
