Key job responsibilities
- Implement libraries and middleware for advanced ML and AI use cases using a combination of cloud services and embedded models provided by our scientists.
- Collaborate with game teams—directly embedding when required—to deliver the generative AI & ML features their game designs require.
A day in the life
- You deliver great workflows, tools, and game innovations to your fellow developers and constantly seek improvement.
- 8+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Experience with Unity, Unreal, CryEngine, Lumberyard or proprietary 3D game engine, or industry-equivalent technology (3D animation, simulation, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Proficiency in C++
- 1+ year of AI/ML integrations in games.
- Experience working with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) and integrating them into game engines
- Experience with RL, DRL, and distributed ML architectures
- Experience with designing and deploying services and products that leverage generative AI models
- Experience with cloud-based AI services and their integration into game systems
