Duration: 2 years – towards Masters Degree (Engineering Degree)
Our Apprenticeship is a great way to kick-start your career in Customer Experience (through technical roles), gaining invaluable work experience including sought-after industry qualifications whilst earning your degree.
During the 2 years, you will have the opportunity to experience different technical teams within our business and join these teams through specialised rotations; you will get to work directly with our cutting-edge technology and support our industry-leading experts.
By the end of the programme, you will have both the knowledge and experience to begin a flourishing career in technology.
You'll
- Be at the heart of it all; watching technology happen from the inside

- Build strong customer relationships to understand their network and business needs and solve their technical challenges
- Design, test, and deploy our technology, understanding the engineering behind it, and how to troubleshoot
- Analyse and unpick data and understand how telemetry is informing our business.
- Meet hundreds of Cisco employees from all over the world, expanding your professional network by building contacts, working with the best and learning from experts
- Give back to local communities through fundraising, volunteering, and raising awareness of meaningful causes
- To top it all off, you'll have a strong support system, including a network of current apprentices, mentors, and managers to guide and advise you.
What You'll Do:
As an apprentice, you will get support and mentorship to understand how your
You'll start to specialise, focusing onthat willhelp you discover your ideal career with Cisco. These 2 years will include:
- 2-month induction and business orientation
- Trainings and certifications (like CCNA, CCNP, CyberOps Associate etc )
- Three rotations across differenttechnicalteams where you willgraduallytake ownership of partner / customer projectsand you will have the opportunity to explore different technology fields like Networking, Cloud, Automation, Security, Collaboration etc.
- During your final year, you will be supported by the Apprentice Program team & Emerging Talent team in your application process for a Graduate position within Cisco post Apprenticeship.
- Graduated from a Bac+2 degree (DUT, BTS…), you are pursuing an Engineering degree (level bac +5) in Computer Science, Telecommunications or other similar degrees and you are willing to join the team for a 2yearsapprenticeship contract.
- You are on track to graduate by 2026
- Fluent in English and French
- You would like to work in a technical team that is also customer facing (Customer Experience) in a high value-added technological environment, whilst developing your skills and autonomy.
- Technical skills :Routing & Switching, IP Networks, network security, OS knowledge, programming skills (such as Java & python)
- Good presentation skills, ability to work in a team.
