Responsibilities:
Encourage cross functional training for staffs to enrich their skill base Optimize manpower to achieve higher productivity levels
Ensure team delivers as per Service Level Agreement. Timely and accurately Understand client requirements and implement them correctly. Understand new customer requirements and ensure adequate support to new customer requirements and initiatives Maintain good working relationship with our Business Partners.
Ensure a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls Establish risk management practice. Maintain a strong culture of risk and controls in the team through various process and check points and ensure that the risks in operations is understood and controlled Identify means to reduce transaction defects (internal and external) Develop performance metrics to track defects, productivity. Measure, Measure, Measure Ensure clean audit results.
Efficiently and effectively manage new projects/migrations and ensure smooth cut over with minimized risks – internal and external Develop training database , training materials , trackers for the migration Support training for new staffs. Ensure training and parallel run are well planned and executed Participate in cross functional projects at unit level
Knowledge and Experience
Qualifications/Competencies required-
Articulate, with strong communication skills both written and spoken Strong process-oriented mindset – able to establish critical processes Proactive to take lead in investigating issues and accountable for resolution. Responsible, organized, responsive and able to multitask under pressure. Ability and work in a team environment. Experience with Global Payplus, knowledge of cash payment processing and products, background in operations process management would be advantageous.
