GE헬스케어 성남 초음파 연구소에서 출고 주문에 대한 배송, 프로세스 및 문서 작업 관리를 담당해주실 분을 채용합니다. 신입도 지원가능하며 경력이 3년 미만이신 후보자를 선호하며 영어 커뮤니케이션이 원활한 후보자를 우대합니다.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing GEHC affiliate orders accurately using the Oracle ERP system, coordinating with sales, inventory, and logistics for timely fulfillment
  • Coordinating with local material and mfg. to drive shipment of manufacturing (IR/ISO) sales order to meet Requested Ship Date from system plant (RSDs)
  • Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders
  • Primary contact for global affiliates in reference to the logistics process
  • Own timely and accurate updates of factory promise dates (FPD) for all ISO items within their Org until order is shipped complete to consolidation point in region
  • Releasing all International orders from distribution & manufacturing to freight forwarders
  • Confirming the order configuration is compliant with product currently in manufacturing and with regulatory clearance before to shipment to affiliates across the world.
  • Completing all required export documentation
  • Responsible for tracking order status, resolving fulfillment issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring all processes and documentation are in accordance with regulatory and quality standard, and export compliance requirements for medical device
  • Lead service/cost optimization projects
  • Using logistics expertise to utilize the optimum mode of transport for shipments
  • Position may or may not manage employees

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in export operations, order management, logistics, or customer service – preferably in a regulated industry
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or other comparable area
  • Min 0- 3 years of operational logistics, import/export and/or customs expertise.
  • Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization
  • Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments
  • Experience working in a compliant supply chain
  • Clear analytical mind that reaches decision making with ambiguous information
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
  • Oracle order management experience.
