Key job responsibilities
- Serve as a technical lead on our most demanding, cross-functional projects.
- Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable, supportable solutions that work well within the overall system architecture
- Evaluate and make decisions about the use of new or existing software products and tools.
- Help establish technical standards and drive the overall technical architecture and engineering practices.
- Have unique exposure to technologies used in search / advertising / E-commerce platforms
- Work closely with our data-science and product managers to design experiments with machine learning / deep learning techniques to improve predictive models and infrastructure and implement end-to-end solutions- Mentor and guide junior engineers on design, coding, troubleshooting and operational excellence

- 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 7+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 7+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
