Solution Advisor Specialist possessesand leveragesexpertise in

Deal Execution Support
- As a part of aVAT for the deal, engage with customers early in the sales cycle, helping to match customer needs and vision to SAPCXsolutions and assisting in the qualification the opportunity against a probability of success.
- Actively support the progression of identified deal cycle with differentiated value presentation, demonstration, and supporting materials.
- Lead RFx in collaboration with Sales and other VATs.
- Supportlimited scope ofadoption by providing solution-specific expertise and competitive differentiation.
- Contribute to theongoing strategy against competitors bycreatingvalue wedgesandengagecustomers through impactful storytelling.
- Provideexpertise-basedanswers to customer / internal SAP team inquiries concerning solution topics.
- Practice consistent messaging and employ digital assets in all customer engagements, including demoassets, presentations, microsites, and other reusable content.
Demand Generation and Sales Readiness
- Support one-to-many marketing events or demand generation activities.
- Support GTM and Sales Planning with solution expertise and CX insights.
- Close collaboration with partners in CX ecosystem with up-to-date solution knowledge.
- Agile communication in CX Community, Regional Hubs, Product Management and series of learning, knowledge transfer
- Build skills and knowledge across the SAP footprint by learning how other SAP solutions can be leveraged to address other areas of their business.
Requirements:
- + years of experience in presales or project delivery of enterpriseCRM or CX relatedsolutions.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, customer engagement strategies, and customer-centric business practices.
- Technical acumen and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, demo,and communication skills.
- Business-level proficiency in native language is a must, fluency in English is an asset.
- SAP solution/product knowledge preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
