The majority of the Cortex engineering group is located in the TLV office, which allows us to operate at a high pace with short loops of decision making.
Incident Management is one of the core domains across all Cortex products.
As the team manager, you will own end-to-end the backend development of all features, infrastructure and pipelines related to the incident management domain.
Your Impact
- End to end responsibility for the backend development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and support
- You will be leading a team, mentor and support team members to grow to be better professionals
- You will drive ideas and initiatives, leading them from concepts to production
- Work closely with peers across different teams and disciplines to shape solutions and integrate with other parts of the product
Your Experience
- BS in Computer Science, equivalent knowledge or equivalent military experience
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams - Must
- 5+ years of software engineering experience - Must
- Experience in designing, building and maintaining a scalable server side application - Must
- Experience with a variety of database technologies (Mysql / Redis / BigQuery / Elasticsearch) - an advantage
- Experience in Go / Python - an advantage
- Experience with GCP - an advantage
- Experience with OS internals / Linux internals - an advantage
- Technical knowledge in cyber security and networking - an advantage
