What you’ll do:

• Experience in managing large program (Domestic/ banking experience preferred)
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in client & stakeholder management.
• Experience in managing SLA / SLM Management.
• Having Technical understanding /background.
• Extended availability based on client requirements.
• Strong Communication (Spoken/Listening/Written)
• Experience in in the DR (Disaster recovery) drills monthly and quarterly in-person in the office.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven track record of successfully managing large project teams. (preferably banking or financial)
• Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in technical project management.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Experience of handling banking client.
