Key job responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Provide the architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote successful customer/partner engagements,
* Ideate new managed services streams and unique solutions that position AWS as their cloud provider,
* Assist solution providers with technical strategies that will enable them to sell more of their offering on the AWS platform,
* Build proof-of-concepts, execution of POCs, solution development (testing, documentation, training), and device certification (if required)
* Write reference architectures and configuration guides; develop courses, and trainings,
* Capture and share best-practice knowledge with our broader Solution Architect community,
* Share partner and customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS,
* Capture and share best-practice knowledge for deploying, running, and managing solutions on AWS with AWS communities.

- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 2+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
- 5+ years of Information Technology (IT) experiencePursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
