Description
As a strategic Operations, Program Manager, you will be maintaining the day-to-day operations of our systems, ensuring seamless integration of new tools, addressing global technical escalations, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining efficient issue tracking processes. This position is integral to our ability to meet and exceed our objectives, ensuring that our operations are not only efficient, but also optimized for future growth. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of program managers, strategic partners, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Executive Relations interests. Additional responsibilities include:-Elicit requirements/user stories/use cases from subject matter experts -Drive solution design process with technical teams—generate and vet possible solutions; build, test, and refine models; finalize technical design -Handle project risk throughout the life of the project. Identify, document, and drive resolution of project issues-Identify key decision recommendations and broker agreements with internal and external partners -Ensure business teams and partners are prepared for system and process changes, including training plans for knowledge transfer to sustaining teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience planning, managing, and efficiently delivering large cross-functional systems projects
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience establishing a project and its appropriate structure from mobilization through to post launch
  • Experience supporting system configuration, and architecture
  • Experience with global projects incorporating regional and country-specific details
  • Possess outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization
  • Ability to form cohesive project teams across disparate organizations and groups
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans
  • Ability to occasionally travel and work off/weekend hours to support projects, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification
  • Graduate degree in business or software engineering
  • Expertise in machine learning, and artificial intelligence
