Key job responsibilities
3. Architectural Contributions: SDE2s contribute to the overall system architecture, making decisions on technology choices, design patterns, and software infrastructure. They provide technical guidance and recommendations to their teams.
4. Agile Development Practices: SDE2s are expected to participate actively in Agile software development processes, such as sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and retrospectives. They work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.6. Operational Support: SDE2s may be involved in operational tasks, such as monitoring system performance, investigating incidents, and implementing improvements to ensure high availability and reliability of the applications.
7. Continuous Improvement: SDE2s stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and methodologies. They actively participate in initiatives to streamline processes, improve development practices, and enhance the overall software development lifecycle.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
