In this role, you will:• Collaborate effectively to resolve intricate challenges, with the potential to develop innovative solutions• Contribute to the evolution of our design and architecture to support the ongoing growth of our compute platform• Develop the next generation of cloud platform that powers Apple Intelligence Private Cloud Compute
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- A robust software engineering track record, particularly in the development of distributed systems at scale
- Proven hands-on experience in software development, specifically in Java and Golang, with a background in building high-scale services
- Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent related experience
- Proven project management abilities to effectively apply in your engineering management role
- Proficiency in operating and developing infrastructure and services within public cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with diverse groups of individuals, including varying levels of management
- Ability to work with incomplete requirements and balance multiple priorities
- Ability to independently learn new technologies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
