- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product architecture
- Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product design
